【ご予約方法・空き状況の確認】
How to book and check availability

通常ツアーは、各ツアーページの「予約日程を選ぶ」からお申し込みいただけます。
For regular tours, select “Choose a tour date” on the relevant tour page to begin your booking.



① ご希望のツアーを選び、詳細・参加条件をご確認ください。
1. Choose your tour and review its details and participation requirements.

② 「予約日程を選ぶ」を開き、ご希望の日付の午前・午後を選択してください。
2. Open “Choose a tour date” and select your preferred date and morning or afternoon session.

カレンダーの数字は残りの人数枠、「×」は予約不可を表します。
Numbers on the calendar show the remaining spaces. “×” means that booking is unavailable.

③ 「人数選択へ進む」を押し、参加人数を合計2名以上で入力してください。
3. Select “Continue to participant numbers” and enter a total of at least two participants.

④ 代表者情報を入力し、入力内容をご確認ください。
4. Enter the booking representative’s details and check the information.

⑤ 画面の案内に沿って決済を完了してください。
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment.

⑥ 決済後に届くメール内のリンクから、ご予約人数分の参加者情報をご入力・送信ください。
6. Use the link in the email sent after payment to enter and submit the details of every participant in your booking.

当店が参加者全員の情報を受け取った時点で、ご予約完了となります。決済のみでは、ご予約手続きは完了しておりません。
Your booking is complete once we have received the information for every participant. Payment alone does not complete the booking process.



【決済後のメール・参加者情報の入力について】
Email and participant information after payment

決済後、参加者情報の入力リンクを記載した自動配信メールをお送りします。
After payment, we will send an automated email containing a link to the participant information form.

メール内のリンクから、参加者全員の情報をご入力・送信ください。
Please use the link in the email to enter and submit the details of every participant.

当店が参加者全員の情報を受け取った時点で、ご予約完了となります。
Your booking is complete once we have received the information for every participant.



当店からのメールが迷惑メールに振り分けられたり、受信設定により届かない場合がございます。
Our emails may be sent to your spam folder or blocked by your email settings.

お申し込み前に、迷惑メール対策・受信拒否などの設定をご確認いただき、当店からのメールを受信できるようお願いいたします。
Before booking, please check your spam filters and blocked-sender settings so that you can receive our emails.

メールが見当たらない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダもご確認ください。
If you cannot find our email, please also check your spam folder.

届いていない場合は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。
If the email has not arrived, please contact us using the inquiry form.



【貸切ツアーをご希望の方】
Private charter tours

下の「お問い合わせ」から、ご希望の日程・人数・内容をお知らせください。
Use the “Contact us” button below to tell us your preferred date, group size and tour requirements.

お見積もりをご案内後、決済リンクをお送りします。
We will provide a quote and then send you a payment link.

お支払いは、そのリンクからお願いいたします。
Please make payment using that link.

お支払い後、ご案内するフォームから参加者全員の情報をご入力・送信ください。当店が参加者全員の情報を受け取った時点で、ご予約完了となります。
After payment, use the form we provide to enter and submit the details of every participant. Your booking is complete once we have received everyone’s information.



【お問い合わせについて】
Inquiries

お電話でのお問い合わせ・ご予約は、基本的に承っておりません。
As a general rule, we do not accept inquiries or bookings by phone.

ツアーの内容・料金・参加条件・持ち物などは、ウェブサイトの各ツアー詳細ページに記載しております。
Tour details, prices, participation requirements and what to bring are listed on each tour’s page on our website.

まずはツアー詳細をご確認いただき、そのうえでご不明な点がございましたら、お問い合わせフォームからご相談ください。
Please review the tour details first. If you still have questions, contact us using the inquiry form.

お問い合わせは、1組につき3回までとさせていただいております。
Inquiries are limited to three per booking group.

ご質問はできるだけまとめてお送りいただけますと幸いです。
Please combine your questions into as few messages as possible.
